Trained &
managed the T-Mobile Nokia/Ericsson Greenfield ROB build out, L700 and Air 32
upgrade project For Ericsson / T mobile in North and South Carolina for SBA.
o Managed 4 contractor’s crews and 1 in house crews. To
successfully complete over 75 sites in the Carolinas. On time and developed a
relationship with the Nokia customer to foster new business opportunities
· Opened and established operations in the Atlanta market
for MasTec Network Solutions. Management and development of field operations
and personnel to include 7 crews supporting AT&T maintenance and Sprint
2.5 Build out. Development of submarkets as assigned by corporate; forecasted
and reported financial status of market projects and development. Fostered
market services toward development of new and increased customer project commitments.
Recruited, trained and managed local market crews, solicited and developed
subcontractor resources. Actively involved in safety, operational, and
financial planning and increased efficiency in field operations that achieved
cost affective results.
o Opened a fully functional office and warehouse to support
operations with 4 crews in less than 3 months and under budget.
o Led and trained other markets in developing an interface
with the AT&T maintenance ACAS system for the south east
o Subject matter expert on deployment of cell on
wheels for the South East, supporting Sprint and AT&T

Responsible for
the management and support of the AT&T warranty Turf program for the
MasTec Southeastern region. Adhered to all current practices and policies
relating to the national warranty program, ensured all activities are on the
schedule and within budget. Worked directly with general contractors, vendors
and manufactures to resolved warranty issues. Interacted and communicated
with all employees, vendors and customers regarding program status. Developed
and oversaw processes and systems for tracking, scheduling, planning, problem
solving, staffing needs and project completion.
o Developed an Access system to pull construction
documentation to qualify a site issue as warranty and reducing research time
by 25 %
· Successfully project managed an average of 5 IT hardware
implementation projects at a time to include floor space planning, power,
networking configuration, data base planning, development, quality.
o Lead Hardware Implementation Manager and was the go to
person for High risk projects as well as projects in jeopardy to bring back
on track

Handled the
project of 4 development labs consisting of 5k sq ft of IT floor space and 36
racks with servers, 4 SAN storage systems, routers and networking; an $18M
project that was completed on time and below budget

Executed and
developed IT continuity plans by organizing different IT departments within
the organization to develop and accept continuity plans, published and
maintained disaster response plans at the region and nationwide.
o Project managed the build out and operations of 4 crises
operational centers strategically located in the United States. This included
the build out, networking, data connectivity with video feeds, video
conferencing, emergency power and satellite communications and data
connectivity
o Team member of 4 to build a business case and present the
case to executives for the build out of the $14M emergency response program;
successfully delivered the Cingular/AT&T emergency response program
o Facilitated and managed the warehouse build out, as well
as 36 pieces of equipment to include command centers, emergency communication
vehicles, equipment trailers, technology trailers, satellite cell on wheels,
response vehicles and rehabilitation and logistical support units for

the build out of emergency response equipment for AT&T disaster response
fleet to include satellite cells on wheels, emergency communication vehicles,
command centers, hazmat equipment trailers as well as fly away emergency
response containers for a nationwide or worldwide events.
o Mastered the consistency or managing 3 to 4 projects a
year with each project lasting over 3 months and $1M+ in cost for each;
projects included full project life cycle, hands on work in construction,
deployment and operations of equipment
o Co-engineered and managed the build out of one of the
first satellite cell towers on wheels. The unit can deploy anywhere in the
world and provide cell service in a 4 mile radius within 2 hours after
applying the parking brake
o Championed and managed the creation of the
Cingular/AT&T 27 member hazmat team; that included equipment build out,
team training and certification as well as keeping all equipment and
personnel to AT&T EHS, NFPA and OSHA standards
· Deployed to Afghanistan for the US Army (2009 - 2010);
developed training programs and trained the Afghanistan border patrol this
consist of 4 bases and approximately 160 solders. Training consists of all
security functions as well as surveillance, included check points,
patrolling, building search as well as convoy and explosive handling and use.
Communications professional for all satellite and radio as well as base
networking and voice operations.

One of the
first United States Soldier to install a full working radio station for the
Afghanistan government and received an Army commendation

performed minor repairs while deployed to Afghanistan
